Anxiousness is normal ahead of the afternoon’s 30-year auction, which is extra interesting this month for being held on a Wednesday instead of Thursday — not to mention one day after hearing from the FOMC.

Otherwise, any morning volatility could be attributed to anxiousness ahead of the afternoon’s FOMC announcement. Regardless, keep an eye out for the 10-year auction’s results, too.
