Rod David — STEV — The recent rally reached a point that reflects an effort being made, not just noise. So, pulling back would indicate an opposing effort. And pulling back too deeply, i.e. not holding a test of 7, closing under it for two sessions, and accompanied by expanding volume, would signal that the opposing effort was winning out.
