A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Wednesday morning’s econ reports aren’t influential. The FOMC announcement will be, in two ways. First is that the FOMC announcement is always influential. Second is its unusual timing, during the noon hour. As a plus to enhancing volatility, Bernanke will hold his quarterly press conference.
