A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: This week’s calendar is slow. So, Thursday’s calendar seems busy, but it’s not. Jobless Claims tends to influence price action, at least temporarily. The 30-year auction usually inhibits price action before its results. If there is any difficulty with it — there being so little other economic news — the reaction could be substantial.
