A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Friday’s two post-open reports are reliable for influencing price action. Chicago PMI often influences price action twice, once when it is released privately in advance to its institutional subscribers. Its reaction tends to be repeated or exacerbated — but not reversed — when released publicly minutes later.
