A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Monday’s holiday keeps volume light, which tends to inhibit trending. But while the lower liquidity inhibits sponsorship from trending, that missing sponsorship isn’t available to step in front of weak-handed trending attempts that must die out of their own accord.
