A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Tuesday’s reports don’t have a track record of influencing price action. The two scheduled Fed speakers don’t have a track record of influencing price action down. But the quarterly earnings season is kicking in, which can inhibit late-afternoon from trending before a widely watched post-close announcement.
