A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Thursday’s calendar is varied, and busy throughout the day, with ECB and BOE interest rate policy decisions, Jobless Claims, the 30-year auction and afternoon Fed speak (a hawk). Any one of those would keep the market on defensive, let alone one after the other, with the first earnings announcement coming at the close, and one day preceding the Employment Situation report.
