A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Friday morning’s Employment Situation report is the most reliable for triggering a price reaction. No other reports that day are influential. The afternoon Fed speaker’s comments might get a reaction depending upon the degree to which he reinforces or contradicts the morning report’s perception.
