A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Federal Reserve stress test results are released sometime Thursday. That might be relevant. A two-day EU meeting begins in Brussels. Sanctions against Russia will be one topic, and although not likely to be harsh, their mere mention might influence price action momentarily. The three post-open reports announced simultaneously are each high-profile with track records of influencing price action.
