A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Any price reaction to the overnight Fed speaker is generally retraced into or out of the following open. Friday’s post-open Consumer Sentiment has a track record of influencing or at least inhibiting price action. The afternoon Fed speaker is reminiscent of last Friday afternoon’s Fed speakers who at least didn’t prevent price sliding into the weekend.
