A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Tuesday’s calendar is busy enough with economic items. Durable Goods has built a much more reliable track record for influencing price action. Two housing secot reports are released simultaneously. And two retail reports are capped off by the Consumer Confidence number to shed further light on some recently volatile data. But the geopolitical area gets attention, too, with Russian Pres Putin meeting Ukraine’s Poroshenko. About what, who can say for sure.
