Highlights:Wednesday’s pre-open CPI has a reliable track record for influencing price action. That reaction may foreshadow any reaction to the post-open Housing sector data. But both may be overshadowed by hesitation ahead of the afternoon’s FOMC policy statement. Its influence on price action is among the month’s strongest. More so, this month, as it is followed by the quarterly Fed Chair’s Q&A.
