A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Durable Goods before the open is getting a higher-profile as estimates for it rise, and FOMC considers interest rates next week. New Home Sales (for September) after the open will also offer another perspective to Tuesday’s Case-Schiller home price index which showed prices rose (in August).
