Highlights: Thursday’s news flow is as diverse as Wednesday’s, including Bernanke’s second day of testimony and a little longer-term Treasury paper being auctioned. But the pre-open items are higher profile, and a stumble there could have a dramatic effect on the auction’s success. Meanwhile, this is all against the backdrop of the Health Care Summit.
