Highlights: Wednesday afternoon’s Beige Book tends to produce a reaction. The clue is in the anticipation, whether or not the market becomes paralyzed from anxiousness ahead of data. Regardless, a surprise is a surprise, and a positive or negative reaction would still be possible.
