A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: I don’t normally acknowledge a Fed Governor’s speech, but Plosser’s remarks may draw special attention. Last week he described a path higher for Fed Funds, which he’s sure to revisit in remarks or Q&A. That will be very interesting with March’s Employment Situation report coming just behind, and then the high-profile ISM report coming post-open.
