A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Friday’s calendar is relatively light, and relatively heavy. It’s just the one item, but it’s the month’s most influential. With a three-day weekend about to begin, look for an exaggerated initial reaction. And look for that initial reaction to extend if it were to settle beyond a relevant support or resistance, instead of snapping back.
