Highlights: The morning’s retail data will be interesting in the context of whether record Black Friday and Cyber-Monday sales have legs. Then a lot of Treasury paper is auctioned — including a sensitive 10-year piece — before the afternoon’s FOMC announcement. What could go wrong.
