Highlights: Wednesday’s post-open Home Sales report comes after Monday’s yawn at the Housing Market Index’s favorable surprise, and Tuesday’s misleadingly optimistic Housing Starts number. Then the afternoon’s 7-year auction moves far enough out the spectrum not to be assured in a seamless placement.
