A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: The spacing of items on Thursday’s calendar allow each one to maximize its reaction. Jobless Claims isn’t usually announced alone. Chicago PMI is released at an usual time for high-profile reports. And the Home Sales report is the year’s last for the housing sector. The Kansas City Fed report could impact price action if Wednesday’s Dallas Fed data did.
