A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Tuesday’s calendar looks busy, but its content is almost benign. Get past the pre-open retail data and only the Richmond Fed data remains. The evening’s State of the Union address and Romney’s tax returns will probably be more interesting.
