A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: The post-open Home Sales report has a history of both inhibiting price action before it, and generating a reaction to it. Being a Friday, there is a risk of afternoon complacency. But Bernanke’s speech may prevent that.
