Highlights: Retails sales metrics including vehicle sales lead the day before the afternoon’s FOMC Minutes triggers its customary reaction. Other than an afternoon surprise — or an immediate reaction up to further teasing a QE3 — Tuesday’s calendar is otherwise not very influential.
