Look ahead: Economic Calendar

A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

I had previously dismissed most Fed events as largely non-events with their flexibility limited. And that had been largely validated for awhile. Last month’s meeting showed differently. Whether or not we should be too quick to dismiss Wednesday afternoon’s FOMC Minutes, anticipation for the event could apply some unusual influence to price action preceding it.
