Look ahead: Economic Calendar

A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Thursday’s calendar looks busy, but it really isn’t. Claims is announced simultaneously with Durable Goods before the open. The post-open items are not very influential to price action. That having been said, beware the 1:00  7-year note auction, which is getting far enough down the yield curve not to be entirely predictable.
