Highlights: Thursday’s busy day is highlighted by its weekly Claims report, and then by Bernanke’s testimony to a Congressional joint committee. Any embargo on his prepared remarks will be lifted at 10:00, mitigating the potential for market reaction on anything he were to say during questioning.
