Highlights: Tuesday morning’s steady stream of data should loosen the market’s resolve ahead of Bernanke’s testimony. Any reaction to one report or another may be short-lived as price action quickly refocuses on 10:00 when the embargo is lifted on Bernanke’s opening remarks.
