A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights: Thursday’s calendar certainly is busy. But it has only two high-profile items — Jobless Claims, and the 30-year auction. Claims is almost always influential. The bond auction should at least inhibit price action.
