Highlights: Tuesday’s calendar is a steady flow of high-profile reports. CPI is becoming increasingly influential as QE’s effects are increasingly inescapable. Industrial Production has a spotty track record of influencing price action, and the Housing Market Index often inhibits price action more than it influences a reaction.
