A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.

Highlights:  December”s Employment Situation report was delayed by one week due to the holidays. Apparently, ADP delayed its report in-kind. It”s reliable for influencing price action, which also offers a glimpse into Friday”s reaction. Meanwhile, FOMC Minutes is being released in the afternoon, which is an unusual juxtaposition with the week”s focus on jobs data.
