The upper-end of this morning’s range was its 1358.75 bias-up signal. Its test produced a pullback down to only 1355.25.

Despite firming further, there is no buy signal. That’s why there is no velocity to the rising price. Sellers are probably marginalized through the afternoon – at least, until the last hour – so the balance of the session remains likely to trade flat-to-higher.
