This morning”s open is indicated

This morning”s open is indicated slightly higher. Ever so slightly. And also still within yesterday”s range. That”s no small victory, at least for the moment. Overnight weakness had threatened a gap down, which would have made yesterday”s session an Island Top.

The other half of the battle is to actually extend the rally. Keep an eye on whether a probe above yesterday”s high this morning is maintained through the noon hour. If any substantial decline intends to begin before the holiday weekend, then it will have to be obvious by tomorrow.
