My Charting Software of Choice… eSignal
Price bars change every moment, but they can”t command every moment of our attention. After being in the chaRTroom for long enough, you”ll eventually memorize every detail of the screen.
So, you probably know already that I use
eSignal products.
FULL DISCLOSURE: I”m being compensated for taking the time to make this endorsement. Finally. My primary charting software has always been an eSignal product, for more than a dozen years.
Recently, I upgraded to
eSignal12 from their QCharts product. (Before then, I was a Quote.com customer, which eSignal acquired.) The data is every bit as reliable, the charts are as crisp, while the interface is easily-learned and customizable.
If you want your charts, indicators and Fibonacci measurements that resemble those in our chaRTroom, then
click here to try the eSignal trial.

| Bias-up: above | 2056.25 | 2049.00 |

| Signal status: BIAS-UP, BIAS-UP TARGET EXCEEDED | FAQ | |
| INTRO VIDEOS #1 and #2 | ||
1. At 10:15, trading above the bias-up signal or under the bias-down signal would put into play a test of its bias-up or bias-down target.
2. Not triggering either bias signal at 10:15 would be “no-bias,” and the bias signals should define the bias environment”s range.
— A test of the opposite bias signal would be targeted if one bias signal was tested before triggering no-bias.
3. Touching the bias signal within 3 minutes either way of 10:15 would invoke a grace period through 10:30 to trigger a late signal.
— “Late” signals don”t require testing the opposite bias signal, but it”s still likely.
4. Still testing the bias signal at 10:30 after invoking the grace period would trigger “noN-bias,” with no bias influence.

Fishing for a Friday Factor move.
Probing above the bias environment”s narrow range.
The lower-end of the 2034.50-2039.00 bias environment”s range was pierced before the final hour. That dip stopped optimistically short of touching the morning”s low.
Now the bias environment range”s upper-end is being probed. But it”s too late to trigger a short-squeeze.
Exiting the bias environment above the noon hour”s 2042.00 high would have set-up a short-squeeze. Further firming is still possible, with potential to 2043.50.
And further firming could resembling a short-squeeze. The weekend”s impending illiquidity is like a tinder box, and each tick higher (now testing the noon hour”s high) is like a lighted match.
But it”s too late for counter-trending to be sponsored by weak hands. So, reacting down through the 3:37-3:52 position-squaring window could reach new session lows. Not reacting down at all without extending higher could find buyers spent.
