A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.
Highlights: Retail Sales is not normally a Monday item. Nor are Monday items normal, especially not pre-open, or two reporting simultaneously. The market can navigate them, assuming that neither is surprising.

A midday look ahead in preparation for economic reports and events scheduled for the next trading day.
Highlights: Overnight action will be most interesting if Ryan (R) is perceived to be Thursday night’s clear winner, or if Biden (D) were to reclaim his party’s upper-hand. But the pre-open Money Center earnings — along with the two post-open reports — will have a greater effect on Friday’s price action.

Highlights: Thursday’s pre-open Jobless Claims is fairly reliable for triggering a price reaction. But look for at least a sigh of relief if the 30-year auction is successful, or a very bearish reaction if it is not.
