TEN: looks like it got caught in the VW scandal, but does not have any exposure to the auto makers emission control systems. It re-tested lows from August and seems to be recovering quickly. Huge selling volume expended, but RSI did not collapse. Looks like an accumulation candidate?
TEN — “Lower prior highs” from years 2012 and 2013 coincide around 40, which is where the past several sessions have plunged to. This has been in a downtrend for awhile, and nowhere near basing. But a knife-catch reaction up to recent higher prior lows at 47.50 would be credible.
updated view on WYY? Made 10 cents off the low but bungled the rest of the trade due to bank inactivity on Yom Kippur… now looking for a spot to get back in.
WYY — A pullback to .99 would be compelling
CARA – Currently down 3.4% on no news, despite an upcoming presentation next week that could be promising. If this is the beginning of a meltdown, what would a good buy level be? Potentially 12.60 or back down in the high 9’s/low 10’s?
CARA — I think this is getting caught in the general biotech disaster ongoing around it. I’m monitoring for potential long-entry around 16.
CARA – Just bought at 16. Looking at next entry at 14.05. Would this be the next support?
CARA — That area, yes… I have 14.25
RIG: is starting to look attractive to me after hitting 12 and recovering. Does this look like a durable bottom with accumulation under way? Thanks.
RIG — Volume pattern’s accompanying the firming up to 13 have been positive, even before spiking above it. Closing above 13.50 would signal a more substantial upleg already underway. Otherwise, a pullback into the 12.75-12.95 range is likely.
